I am an activist, dedicated my whole life for the Upliftment of the last man in the society.

As a dedicated BJP politician, driven by a bold vision to transform West Bengal into a powerhouse of growth, opportunity, and security. With the spirit of BJP’s nation-first ideology, I stand for decisive action, fearless leadership, and real results. This is not just politics—it’s a mission to build a future where every citizen rises and every dream finds its path.

I was born on June 14, 1971 in Kolkata, West Bengal, into a humble middle-class family built on values of discipline, integrity, and hard work. My father served in the Indian Railways, and both my parents have been my greatest source of inspiration, shaping my values and guiding my path with their dedication and principles.
Growing up in Kolkata with my parents and siblings, I developed a deep understanding of the struggles faced by ordinary people. These early experiences made me sensitive towards society and strengthened my sense of responsibility to contribute meaningfully. At the same time, I always believed in thinking beyond limitations and working with determination to achieve larger goals.
I completed my bachelor’s degree from Calcutta University. Alongside academics, I remained actively involved in sports such as cricket and football with various teams. I strongly believe that physical fitness and mental strength together build discipline, focus, and resilience — qualities that define both personal and public life.
These formative years laid the foundation of my character — rooted in simplicity, driven by purpose, and committed to service.

My journey in public life began at a very young age. At the age of 14, I started dedicating myself to social service and began closely following current affairs. A major turning point in my life came during 1986–87, when the Bofors scam deeply impacted my thinking. The widespread public concern and the questions raised at the national level left a lasting impression on my mind and strengthened my resolve towards clean and accountable governance.
These early experiences shaped my political awareness and gave direction to my thoughts. With a growing commitment towards nation-building and public service, I joined the Bharatiya Janata Party as an activist and began learning the fundamentals of political and organizational work.
Initially, my only goal was to serve people socially. However, over time, I realized that a structured political platform provides the opportunity to create a larger and more meaningful impact in people’s lives. This realization transformed my path into a lifelong commitment to public service.
Coming from a completely non-political background, I built my journey through dedication, perseverance, and strong grassroots connect. In 1989, I officially joined the Bharatiya Janata Party, and in 1991, at the age of 20, I was entrusted with the responsibility of Mandal President.
Over the years, I have consistently worked to strengthen the organization, build unity, and ensure effective coordination at every level. I have served as Secretary, General Secretary, and Vice President of Kolkata North West District BJYM. I have also served as Secretary of BJYM West Bengal and as a National Executive Member of BJYM, working alongside senior leadership and gaining valuable organizational experience.
At the national level, I have also served as State In-charge (Prabhari) in states such as Odisha, Assam, and others, contributing to the expansion and strengthening of the organization across regions.
Till May 2020, I served as the Secretary of Bharatiya Janata Party, West Bengal. During this period, I also played a key role as In-charge of the Media and IT Department and served as the Spokesperson of the party, actively communicating the party’s vision and connecting with people.
I have also served as the Vice President of Bharatiya Janata Party, West Bengal, continuing my commitment to strengthening the organization and serving society with dedication.

With decades of organizational experience and deep grassroots engagement, I continue to remain actively involved in public life and committed to the service of the people. My journey has always been guided by the ideals of nation first, people first, and development for all.
In the 2026 West Bengal Legislative Assembly elections, I have been nominated by the Bharatiya Janata Party as its candidate from the Kashipur-Belgachhia Assembly constituency. This responsibility reflects the trust and confidence placed in me by the party leadership and the people.
Over the years, my focus has remained on strengthening the organization, staying connected with the grassroots, and understanding the real concerns of citizens. I have always believed that a strong political worker must remain close to the people, listen to their voices, and work with sincerity for meaningful change.
My political journey has been shaped by discipline, dedication, and a consistent commitment to public life. Every responsibility entrusted to me has strengthened my resolve to serve with honesty and to contribute to the growth of the party and the welfare of society.
I remain firmly committed to ensuring good governance, inclusive development, and equal opportunities for all sections of society. My resolve is to ensure that every voice is heard, every community is respected, and development reaches every household.
I believe that leadership is not about position, but about responsibility. True leadership means serving with honesty, standing with the people, and working tirelessly for a stronger, more prosperous, and self-reliant West Bengal.
“Leadership, for me, is not defined by position but by responsibility — a responsibility to serve every individual with honesty, to stand firmly with the people in every situation, and to work tirelessly towards building a stronger, more developed, and self-reliant West Bengal.”

I believe that leadership means taking responsibility, making decisive choices, and bringing meaningful change. My vision is rooted in empowerment, innovation, and action. I strongly believe that people must be encouraged to realize their full potential and contribute towards society.

I have played an active role in strengthening the organization and enhancing communication within the party. With a strong understanding of IT and media, I have worked to ensure that the party’s message reaches people clearly and effectively.
Over the years, I have been deeply involved in media coordination and outreach efforts in West Bengal. This has helped in building stronger connections with the public and improving communication at every level of the organization.
I have also focused on strengthening the party at the grassroots level. Through initiatives such as Booth Chalo Abhiyan, I have personally connected with people and worked to build awareness and organizational strength at the booth level.

Serving people has always been at the core of my journey. I firmly believe that true patriotism lies in helping those in need and working for the welfare of society.
